1、 Charging Overview:
The KC series charger is mainly composed of an isolation transformer, a bridge rectifier, and an automatic charging control circuit. The charging current is infinitely adjustable, and the machine has the characteristics of simple structure, easy use, and small size.
2、 Charging process:
When the battery is initially charged, a constant current charging shuttle is used, and the charging voltage is detected. When the battery is charged at the set current and is about to be fully charged, the charger automatically switches to constant voltage charging mode, with small current (trickle) balanced charging until it is fully charged.
3、 Instrument display:
The panel of this charger is equipped with voltage indication (battery charging), current indication, charging signal, and battery charging voltage indication of 20% -100%. Current regulation (limiting current, effectively protecting battery).
4、 Protection function:
The charger is equipped with open circuit stop, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, reverse connection protection, and short circuit protection.
5、 Insulation strength:
Input terminal to ground, chassis resistance>20M Ω.
Output terminal to ground, chassis resistance>10M Ω.
6、 Work environment:
